omelettes - a new twist
this is the most ingenious omelette i've ever seen! thanks to Heidi Swanson for posting her skinny omelettes recipe. she's got a great idea for baked eggs as well.

Wow, there are some tasty looking meals here! I miss cooking - once I can stand on my bad ankle for more than 10 minutes, I'll be back in my favorite spot - the kitchen!
As you can tell from my lack of posts, I haven't been cooking for a while. This blog is misleading because right now, I can't really say that my favorite place is in the kitchen....
